1. What do you like to do in your free time?
I indulge in my favorite sport - Shopping!! When I'm not scouting for new treasures, I love traveling and exploring foreign lands. I also enjoy dining out, and drinking champagne with my 'special' friends.

2. What kind of music do you like to listen to? Why?
I have a very eclectic taste in music from Jazz to Rap (especially Biggie), to Reggae, to Easy Listening, to R&B, and even some Country tunes. My taste varies because when music is good it doesn't matter what genre I'm listening to as long as it soothes my soul.

3. What's your all time favorite movie? Why?
Actually, I have two favorites... Love Jones and The Bridges of Madison County. I love them both because they are great love stories, and happen to have remarkable sound tracks. While Love Jones is set in the 90's, Bridges is set in the 50's, and even though they depict different eras, they both express the meaning of love explicitly! And sshh... don't tell anybody, but I always, always cry at the end of The Bridges of Madison County.

4. What's your all time favorite novel and/or writer? Why?
Now this is a hard question since I have a gazillion favorite novels. Hmm, let's see... okay, I've been trying to narrow it down for the last ten minutes but I can't, so I'll just name a few of my favorite writers. James Patterson, because he weaves a great tale, I especially love his romance novels. Zora Neal Hurston, because she depicts an era I find extremely interesting. Bebe Moore Campbell, because she really puts you inside the story, it's as if you know her characters personally.

5. What do you like best about being a writer?
I love taking a blank canvas (or screen in the case of a writer), and creating something that didn't exist a few hours before. I love how the characters take on a life of their own, and basically tell me what to write. But most of all I love that I can write in the middle of the night in my mask and black negligee :')
